PROFESSIONALISM IN MLT, SMALL MOVES, BIG IMPACT: THE SCIENCES OF NEAT

The Monthly CME on “Professionalism in MLT, Small Moves, Big Impact: The Sciences of Neat” was conducted on 8 December 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Ahalia Diabetes Hospital Auditorium. The session was led by Mr. AbSul Babu, Professor, Department of Pathology, Ahalia School of Paramedical Sciences.

He delivered an insightful talk highlighting the importance of professionalism in Medical Laboratory Technology, stressing how small, consistent practices can significantly enhance accuracy, work ethics, and overall laboratory performance. The session was highly informative and contributed greatly to strengthening the professional approach of the participants.
