Obesity management through yoga

Ahalia school of Paramedic Sciences conducted a session based on obesity management through yoga on March 15th Wednesday at 3:00 PM in ASPS seminar hall. Our beloved Principal Sreejith M. Nair gave the inaugural speech. Dr. Farshad. K.H (Department of swasthavritha, Ahalia Ayurveda Medical College Hospital) gave awareness and training about yoga. Assistant Professor Ms. Malvika (Department of Microbiology) gave a vote of thanks in the program which was attended by 40 students. The program ended at 4:00 PM.
