Nutrition: Myths vs Facts Laboratory

The monthly CME on “Nutrition: Myths vs Facts Laboratory” was conducted on 18th June 2025 at the ADH Auditorium, Ahalia Campus. The session was led by Mrs. Nila Suresh, Assistant Professor, Department of Biochemistry. Approximately 150 students actively participated in the program. The session offered valuable insights into health and nutrition, including the nutritional value of foods, calorie content, common misconceptions, and the importance of following a healthy diet. The program concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Viswanath C.G., Professor, Department of Biochemistry.
