The Diploma in Dialysis Technology (DDT) is a two-year allied health science program offered under the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Kerala, aimed at training students to become skilled dialysis technicians. The course provides in-depth knowledge of renal anatomy, dialysis procedures, patient care, dialysis machines, and infection control practices. Students receive both theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical training in reputed hospitals.

Graduates of the DDT program can work in hospitals, dialysis centers, and kidney care units, and are eligible to apply for Kerala PSC and Central Government job opportunities in institutions like ESIC, CGHS, Railways, and AIIMS.
